What makes it so difficult to pin down is, however, that this time with money being too tight to mention, sometimes it is absolutely necessary to work overtime, go to the weekend or even your day. Most families just to make ends meet require that both spouses work. But whether good or bad times, the office has always been a meeting place of choice for singles and married alike. In his article, titled “The Ugly side Relations Office,” Francis K. Githinji wrote: “An office is always fertile ground for work colleagues to strike off in a relationship. It is a place where you are sure to meet new people who will always be in your vicinity. “ Proximity is the key word here. If familiarity breeds contempt, it can also lead to diversion. The majority of spouses who cheat on their partners are not consciously take a job in the hope of having an extra-marital, but it happens anyway. Working closely with someone you can observe them under a multitude of circumstances. How they respond to high-pressure situations, how they communicate and deal with other things, their attitude and professionalism to their work and others. A colleague will also say that when they are relaxed and more than likely will also be exposed to this sense of humor of the person. This goes a long way to forge a link. He respects a good sense of humor allowing people in your world. If a spouse and a co workers have the same sense of humor, the connection becomes much closer. A few generations ago office romances were not only frowned upon but actively discouraged. This of course does not prevent them from taking place. Now it seems that the workplace has changed one hundred and eighty degrees. In a CNN survey earlier this year forty percent admitted that they had an office romance at some point or another. The amazing part of this investigation was that sixty-six percent think it is useless to hide the relationship. Unless they want a divorce, it is almost certain that the cheating spouse will not come forward and publicly declare their extra-marital liaison. But in some respects, they did not. The old saying “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” may also apply to the Board. Every workplace has a culture unique with different levels of loyalty. Many colleagues to know what happens, but they do not feel afraid of anyone, including parties offended. The motto whether spoken or not, if you do not work here, so this is not your business. In other words, their loyalty first is to their colleague. The majority of spouses to work at work. They maintain their professionalism and an exclusive privacy for their wedding. They also take seriously their vows and their confidence in themselves and their partners. Unfortunately for many others, the temptation is too great to resist. Being with someone they are physically and emotionally attractive and eight hours a day during five days of the week is the other significant unfair advantage.
