This is not the case with everybody who is looking for executive coaching, but in many cases, people feel more comfortable communicating openly when they are involved in online coaching that Both sides can not see each other. Just do not see the other brings more transparency in the online coaching. We know that people are more afraid of other people than anything else. For reasons people are afraid of each other. For example when you walk in the streets, you do not look into the eyes of people coming in the opposite direction.
