My sister’s friend admitted to her that she is having an affair. I don’t know what kind of advice to give?

My sister is really confused and do not know what to think or do. Has anyone been in this situation? What advice do you give?
This is always a hard situation. I’m sure she doesn’t want to upset her friend, but she may also be torn because it’s not right. She should decide what is more important to her, watching her friend hurt her significant other and herself, or keeping her friend happy.
It’s best to let her friend know that while she may be having fun, she needs to either stop seeing him, or let her significant other go. The friend may think she can get away with it, but it always comes back and it always hurts.
